Felt and Textiles of Australia, Ltd., are paying an unchanged interim dividend of 5 per cent on ordinary shares and of 3 per cent on first preference shares on April 1. Woolworths (West Australia).—Final half year, ordinary, 5 per cent, making 10 per cent for the year (unchanged), payable April 15. Yarra Falls (Melbourne). —Interim half-year, 3% per cent (last year 5 per cent), payable March 25.
