CONDITION IMPROVING
The young auxiliary fireman who 'was taken to the Auckland Hospital on Monday evening suffering from an electric shock received when he came in contact with a high tension wire at the fire in the Pukemiro Collieries' depot. Porter's Avenue, Eden Terrace, Mr. William John Beech, of the Mount Eden Fire Station, is reported by the hospital authorities to be progressing satisfactorily.
