LINK WITH EGYPT?

APPEAL BOARD QUIP "I would have thought that a man with the name of Mark Anthony would have been anxious to go to Egypt to see whether there was a Cleopatra there," said Mr.. F. J. Cox, Crown representative, when a reservist bearing the same name as the famous Roman appeared before .the No. 1 Armed Forces Appeal Board this morning. The reservist, a refrigerating engineer, appealed against military service on the grounds of public interest and undue hardship.

The board granted an adjournment sine die.
