SCHEME TO BE DISCUSSED (0.C.) WHANGAREI, this day. To discuss the inauguration of a specialist services scheme in Northland, .a meeting of all Northland hospital boards is being convened by the Whangarei Hospital Board, which has secured preliminary expressions of opinion favourable to the plan, which was first advocated by the District Medical Officer, Dr. C. W. Dixon.
The Whangarei Board feels that steps to ensure specialists practising in Northland after the war would be of great benefit provided the northern boards pooled their resources. v.;
