CHAIRMAN .MISSING AT SEA Rec. 10 a.m. LONDON, Jan. 8. The International Wool Secretariat has announced that its chairman, Mr. A. Foster Duplessis, is missing at sea as a result of enemy action. Mr. Duplessis was going to faoutn Africa to attend the spring congress of the National Woolgrowers Association of South Africa.* m
