BUILDING PROPOSED
AUTOMOBILK ASSOCIATION The acquisition of the Outhwaite estate, on the corner of Victoria Street East and Kitchener Street is announced in the annual report' of the Autoniobile Association (Auckland), which will be presented at a meeting next Wednesday. The association proposes to erect a permanent bu'ldmg on this site after the war The report states that women's classes in motor mechanics have been carried on, and the drafting department has been engaged continueliv on free army work. *
. Enrolments of members of the association in the services reached 3367 y August 31. Of that number 60 have been killed. 99 have been wounded. 88 are missing and 104 arl prisoners of war.
