On his behalf Mr. i leek pleaded that Charles, having fZl ed , a p , eriocl } n a Borstal institute with good conduct, had been well behaved until he came under certain influences and was induced to steal His Honor committed Charles to a Borstal institute, to be 1 detained lor a period not exceeding two years.
