DEHYDRATED MEAT
SYDNEY, August 20. Dehydrated meat from Australia was well received In London, and reports of the tests have encouraged the Commonwealth Government to establish plants all over Australia. The Minister of Commerce (Mr. Scully) says the Government is very anxious to encourage the dehydration of mutton to obtain supplies for the fighting services to export to the United Kingdom, and to absorb the record surplus of sheep economically.
