YOUNG PATRIOTS
The secretary of the 1942 Patriotic Appeal, Mr. L. W. Swan, has reported the receipt of a Rugby football inscribed, "From the girls and boys of Mairangi Bay, Auckland, New Zealand." The allotting of this has been left in the hands of the 1942 appeal committee. A cheque for £26 has also been received this amount having been collected by the girls and boys in such efforts as the sale of fir cones, which were' obtained by climbing trees, tne sale sad a and buy"
