SOLDIER'S DIVORCE
AWARDED £350 DAMAGES

In the Supreme Court, Thomas Bailey Black was granted a decree nisi in an undefended divorce action against Annie Mary Black and Hector McDonald Cameron on the ground of adultery and was awarded £350 damages on a claim for £700 against the co-respondent. The evidence stated that adultery had taken place during the petitioner's absence with the armed forces m Greece. The sum of £50 of the damages is to go to the petitioner, and the balance is to be kept in trust by the Public Trustee for the benefit of two children of the marriage.
