INSTALLATION ASKED FOR
In connection with a request by the Auckland Headmasters' Association that telephones be installed in all Auckland city and suburban schools for use for air raid warnings in an emergency, the Auckland Education Board at Its meeting this morning received a letter from the ■Education Department stating that it had been Informed that there was m shortage of material for installing telephones.
