FARMERS' TRADING CO.
A resolution agreeing to a reduction in the maximum number of directors from nine to seven was approved at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Farmers' Trading Co., Ltd.. to-day. A series of subsidiary resolutions amending the articles of association was also passed.
