CHARGE OF MURDER REMAND TILL MARCH 10 (0.C.) HAMILTON, Friday. Hohua Ahiwha Kino, aged 35, known as Joe Kino, was charged before Mr. W. H. Freeman, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court to-day with the murder of his step-daughter ka r . ( . Rit a> Emery, aged 19, at k 9 torohan ga district, on or about February 14.
On the application of Detectivesergeant W. R. Murray, accused was remanded to appear at Otorohanga on March 10.
Kino, who appeared with strips of adhesive plaster on his throat, sauntered into the dock with both hands in his pockets.
