Tho Minister's statement that ovei'yono must join the EPS. and 'In." statement that there are now L'li.nno poi'Minne! in the K.P.S.. throws niin s'narp relief the position of the number of citizens who are prepared to join the Home Guard. "W.A.L.'s" It iter drawing attention to the fact that the authorities concentrate on passive defence and not active defence requires consideration.
