X.S.W. BARRISTERS' PRIVILEGE

(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. Barristers of the Supreme Court of New South Wales who have been in practice before that Court for not less than three years and who satisfy the Supreme Court of New Zealand or a judge of that Court that they hold the necessary qualifications will in future be entitled to be admitted as a barrister of the New Zealand Supreme Court without examination, according to Law Practitioners (New South Wales Barristers) Order, 1941 gazetted last night.
