DOGS AT OTAHUHU
A tribute was paid to the efficiency of the official-in charge of the registration of dogs at Otahuhu by the Mayor, Mr. C. R. Petrie. M.P., at a meeting of the Otahuhu Borough Council. "We have been most fortunate in obtaining Mr. Bay's services, as the job has been thoroughly done," the Mayor said. Mr. Cay was unanimously appointed for a further term.
