FORD.—On December 9. 1041. at the Auckland Hospital. Gertrude Lakcman, dearly loved wire of Joseph Ford, Tokaanu. loved mother or Winnie (Mrs. M. McConachie. Moawhango) Victor (Tokaanu), Ronald (Douglas), Clifford (Paraparaumu) arid Kenneth (Taihape); aged 66 years. Interment at Blenheim. FURNESS.—On December 9, 1341. at his residence, 1312. Dominion Road Extension, Edgar dearly beloved husband of Ada Furness, and beloved father of Edgar (2nd N.Z.E.F., overseas), late of N.?.R. workshops, Otahtlhu; aged 60 years. Funeral will leave C. JACKSON.—On December 8, 1941, at Auckland Hospital, Frances Mary, dearly loved wife of John Jackson, 33, Franklin Road, Ponsonby, and loving mother of John. Mary. Ina, George, Ida. Dennis and Margaret; aged 57 years. R.I.P. Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Church. Ponsonby, funeral then leaving for Hillsboro'. MOL'N'CE.—On December 8. 1941, at a private hospital, Auckland, James, dearly ioved nusband of the late Aileen Mounce. 6, Hepburn Street, Ponsonby, and late of Thames; aged 84 years. Soldier of Christ. Well done. Service will be held at tlie Salvation Army Citadel, Ponsonby Road, to-morrow (Wednesday) at 1.30 p.m., funeral leaving afterwards for the Anglican Cemetery, Howick.
