DIVIDENDS DECLARED
■ Zinc Corporation.—The Stock Exchange Association has received the following advice from London: "The directors of the Zinc Corporation have declared a dividend of 3/ a share. English currency, ! being the second half fixed cumulative dividend, on preference shares in respect of the year ending December 31, 1941, and an interim participating dividend or 1/ a share, English currency, on both preference and ordinary shares. Both dividends are less Income tax of 5/4 in the £." These payments compare with 2/ and 1/3 respectively at this time last year. McKenxie's Department Stores. —An unchanged interim dividend of 5 per cent on paid-up capital to all shareholders on the register on December 12 has been, declared. ••••■• • . .. Woolwortbs Properties, Limited. Is paying the half-yearly dividend on preferred ordinary shares at the usual rate of 3 per cent on January 15. The North Auckland Farmers' Co-operative, Limited, is paying the past year's dividend of 5 per cent on preference shares on December 17.
