The sum of £5564 was Drought in and after paying the dividend of 6 per cent., absorbing £3656, and additional taxes, £610, and adding the net profit this year, there is £4998 available. The directors recommend a final dividend of 3 per cent, taking £1843, leaving £1312 to be carried forward. The dividend is at the same rate as last year. Messrs. H. Isherwood and A. Crum are due to retire from the directorate, but are available for re-election.
