SAVING ELECTRICITY

We are frequently reminded over the radio to save electric power as much as possible. Here the street lights are switched on long before they are of any use. Another point a lot of people would like to be enlightened on is why. when the blackout was enforced and covers put on the lights, were not bulbs of less power put in the place of those in use. as they would save a lot of power and materially assist the blackout. * CURIOUS.
