Bennett, Ltd., will offer for sale by public auction at their rooms to-morrow at noon, on behalf of the trustees in the estate of Mrs. Rose Foster deceased, that well-known private hotel, Princes Lodge, containing some 20 rooms and offices, situated in Princes Street, overlooking Albert Park.
