LEAGUE OF WOMENFOLK
In a report dealing with the activities of the Matamata branch o: the League of Womenfolk of the Overseas Forces, which appeared in last Tuesday night's Star, it was stated that Mrs. M. Barrowciouph. wife of Brigadier H. K. Barrow - dough, D.5.0.. was the national pre sident of the organisation. Mrs. Barrowclotigh disclaims that, she ithe national president, hut rather an organiser whose <3uties would he to foster the movement unii 1 sjch time as the Returned Association women's movement could take the form of a federation of provinces.
