BACHELORS' WAR TAX
Rec. 2 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 24. Moscow radio has announced that a special tax is to be imposed on bachelors and childless couples from ; December 3. Men between 20 and 50 ; a nd women, between 20 and 45 will pay 5 per cent on all earnings. Soldiers and students and pensioners are exempt.
