OBSTRUCTED POLICE
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, this day. Archibald Alan Shearer, <3GK a grocer's assistant, was sentenced to three months' hard labour for obstructing the police at a pacifist meeting on Friday night. The police stated he was speaking on behalf of the Christian Pacifist Society, which Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., said was no more a subversive society.
