END OF SESSION

REHABILITATION BILL (By Telegraph-—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. It is unlikely now that the present session of Parliament will end this week. This announcement was made this afternoon by the Prime Minister, Mr. Fraser, after a lengthy meeting of Cabinet to consider the Rehabilitation Bill. The Prime Minister considers that this bill should be discussed at adequate length because of its importance in laying down foundations of reconstruction activities after the war. The bill will probably make its appearance to-morrow. Until Mr. Fraser's announcement this afternoon it was confidently anticipated that the session would be complete on Friday of this week. J
