PILOTS DISMISSED

Six Americans Serving With Eagle Squadron DEMANDED HIGH PAY Rec. 1 p.m. LONDON. SepL 26. Six American Eagle squadron pilots, training in England, have been dismissed and sent back to America. The Evening News says they refused to participate in operations unless they were paid 250 to 350 dollars a month. The pilots were warned that they were liable to proceedings under the American espionage laws if they disclosed information about the R.A-P. All R.A.F. secrets are known to the United States Government, which also regards them as State secrets.
