IN BANKRUPTCY

At a sitting of the Supreme Court to-day to consider bankruptcy matters, Mr. Justice Blair presiding motions for discharge from bankruptcy were granted as follows:— Cyril Lawrence Harris, radio dealer of Tauranga (Mr. H. S. Richmond); Reginald George Harwood Manley company manager, of Auckland (Mr. Sanderson); William Noble Davidson, civil servant, of Auckland (Mr. Sanderson). Adjudications of bankruptcv were made in respect to the following:— G. Cole, trading as Burbank and Co., City Chambers, Auckland; Bernand John Kennedy, hairdresser, Mount Lden.
