HOME GUARD MEN PROVISION UNDER ACT (By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON", this-day. "Provision has been made under which any man in the Home Guard who is injured in the course of his training is entitled to claim under the War Pensions Act."' said the Minister in Charge of Pensions, the Hon. F. Jones, this morning when asked about the recent Southland case. In that particular case, ho said. he had nothing to say as yet. as it was still under consideration.
