AIRMAN'S ILLNESS

Admitted to the Auckland Hospital last month in a serious condition suffering from pneumonia, LeadingAircraftsman William John Nesbitt D.C.M., M.M., Croix de Guerre, has made a recovery and has been given leave before he rejoins his unit. Leading-Aircraftsman Nesbitt served for 12 years with the Irish Guards and received his decorations in the Great War as a member of the Guards Brigade. His wife is Mrs K. Nesbitt, of 11, Rura Street, Auckland.
