ENVOY TO CZECHS
BRITISH GOVERNMENT ACTS
British Official Wireless. Rec. 12.30 p.m. RUGBY, July 23. The Foreign Secretary, Mr. Anthony Eden, announced in the House of Commons to-day that the British Government informed the Czechoslovakian Foreign Minister on July 18 that it had now recognised the Czechoslovak Government. Mr. Eden added that it had been decided to accredit an i;nvov Extraordinary and a Minister Plenipotentiary to the President of the Czechoslovakia Republic, Dr. Benes.
