PLANES FOR FAR EAST
NEW YORK, July 23. The New York "Herald-Tribune" says that a large aircraft factory constructed secretly by American engineers to supply the war needs of India and China is about to begin production at Bangalore The newspaper also says that additional factories will probably be constructed in other parts of India.
