THE SCOTTIES MINUS THESE BAND

"What is the matter with fe authorities who govern the Andland Detachment of the Sew Zealand Scottish Regiment? la nearly every public parade to far. we either see the bond without the regimeni or else the regiment without the band. Wly cant we see them both working together? This half-and-half method doesn't give credit to the regime! or the band. It is utterly impossible and ridiculous to expect men oil Highland regiment, wearing kilt, to march properlv to anv band other than the pipe band. As the Scottie have their own band—and a vej good one—please let us see then leading their own regiment in al the future parades, then we will undoubtedly see the Scottish Regimes at its best. GOLDEN ADMIRER.
