A message from Belgrade, via Budapest, says that a group of Communists destroyed the electric cables in the city on Friday and entirely deprived Belgrade of its electricity supply, which has not yet been restored. Twenty-eight persons were sentenced to death for complicity and were shot. General Shroeder, town commander, 24 hours after the executions, was seriously injured in an aeroplane accident, the cause of which is unknown.
