Evidence was given that accused broke tne panel in the door of the shop. \\ hen arrested he said another man asked him to break the panel. He did not enter the shop, and nothing was stolen. . , When asking for a term of imprisonment accused said that reporting while on probation was very inconvenient and embarrassing, as he would probably be in the country. Accused was committed for sentence.
