Advice that their second son Sergey Henry David Dyer, aged 25 of the Royal New Zealand Air Force' has been reported missing has been received by Sergeant T. H. Dyer of the Papakura police, and Mrs. Dyer formerly of Masterton and Danne-
Educated at St. Patrick's School 3' ancl the Wairarapa High' School, Sergeant Dyer representpri the college in the first fifteen, and was prominent in swimming. He was a Wairarapa Rugby representative and was on the staff of the New Zealand railways at Masterton. After receiving training at Levin and Oh/kea. he left for England in June, 1940, and has taken part in several bombers 61 * Germany in Wellington
