The bankruptcy of the German propaganda method-; is demonstrated by the frantic- adoption of the "V for Victory sign by Goebbels as a symbol o;' Nazi achievement. The German Transocean Service solemnly announced the letter V as a symbol of victory of the Germans on all fronts for a "new Europe by its sudden public appearance last Thursday in most European capitals. A London broadcaster said that the Germans will soon claim that R.A.F. really stands for the initials of the Luftwaffe and that the Czech motto. "Let truth prevail." has always been part of the family crest -C Gocbbels.
