PAPER SHORTAGE
DANGER IX UNITED STATES Rec. 1.30 p.m. NEW YORK, July 18. "Daily papers and magazines may go out of circulation and literature and news may be cut to starvation diet unless we make greater savings of waste paper," said the United States salvage controller, Mr. Judd, in a speech. He added: "We must bring out all our waste paper, even our old love letters."'
