CAIRO, June 19 A SUCCESSFUL boxing tourna- ( ment, in which a large number of the units of the New Zealand Expeditionary Force were represented, was held in the main New , Zealand camp last night. Major- ! General B. C. Freyberg. V.C., pre-| sented the prizes and stated that j some of the bouts were as good as j one could wish to see anywhere, ; while there was a fine spirit in the ring. • _ | In the finals and semi-finals Cap- , tain Pemberton, RA.C., acted as one ! of the judges, and Captain Julian Rose, R.A.S.C., was referee.
