115 VICTORIES CLAIMED LONDON, July 17. In a special announcement from Berlin the German High Command claims that Wing-Commander Moelders is the most successful fighter pilot in the world, with 115 victories. He shot down five Fovlet aeroplanes on the Eastern iront yesterday, making a total for the present war of 101. The remainder of the victims were shot down during the Fpanish Civil War.
