Treasury officials consider that repayment. reflects much credit on the handling of New Zealand's overseas resources during the difficult war period. Mr. Fraser, in a speech at Aberdare, Glamorganshire. Wales, said that in some extraordinary way a man had arisen to dominate and hypnotise the German people and lead them into ways of terrible cruelty, vindictiveness, destruction and death in an effort to conquer the world.
