POLICY ON HUNGER STRIKE Rec. 2 p.m. SYDNEY, this day. Coal Miners' Federation officials will meet on Sunday to formulate a declaration of policy in regard to Max Thomas and Horace Ratcliff, who have been hunger striking as a protest against their "illegal detention" under the National Security Regulations.
