SOLDIER'S ORAL WILL
IMPORTANT DECISION Rec. 2 p.m. LONDON, July 16. A judge of the Probate Court decided that a soldier's oral will is legal. The judge granted letters of administration to the wife of a soldier who died of injuries in an air raid in England. Evidence was given that the soldier told a comrade: "I wish my wife to have all I've got in case I gel Jailed."
