AUCKLAND NAVAL OFFICER

Advice received by Mrs. A. G. Newell, of 287, Mount Albert Road, Mount Roskill, indicates that her husband, Lieutenant A. G. Newell, of the New Zealand Division of the Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve, is safe and well. Last week it was reported that the trawler Ash, commanded by Lieutenant Newell, had been lost.
