TIMBER WORKER FINED
(0.C.) PUTARURU, Wednesday. Pleas of guilty were entered by Raymond Robinson (22), timber worker, of Putaruru, when he appeared before Messrs. N. Fitzherbert and R. E. Taylor, JP's charged with assault, wilful trespassing and indecent language in a public place. Robinson was fined €1 on the first charge and ordered to take out a prohibition order. On the second charge he was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence within twelve months if called upon and on the third he was fined £3.
