WESTFIELD SALE

Tliere was an average yarding of steers at the A\ etslfield fat stock r.ale to-day. Lnder a keen demaqjl prices roee about 1/ a 1001b for ox beef. The top price for steers rose to £ 17.

Cows and heifers were yarded in sliglitly smaller numbers. Bidding was stcadv and value#! improved slightly. The top "price wne £12 10/.

There was a medium entry of calves. Bidding was very keen and values showed a further improvement ou last week's quotations.
