GERMAN CONSULAR OFFICIALS Rec. 10 a.m. LONDON, July 15. A message from San Francisco states that Captain Fritz Wiedemann, German Consul at San Francisco, Dr. Borchers, German ConsulGeneral to the United States, and 14
other German consular officials have gone to New York in three chartered air liners in order to board the army transport West Point, which is sailing for Lisbon to-day. No reason is given for the sudden abandonment of the projected plans to go to Japan.
