LABOURER'S DEATH
INJURED IN ACCIDENT
Seriously injured in an accident on Saturday evening, Mr. Robert Raymond Watson, aged 62, married £ i abo " re i"' of Portage Road, Otahuhu, died in the Auckland Hospital at 5.30 a.m. to-day. Mr. Watson was knocked down by a motor car at the corner of Portage Road and Great bouth Road. He was taken to the Auckland Hospital in a St. John amtulance, in a serious condition Ail inquest was opened this afternoci by the coroner. Mr. F. K. Hunt s.fti., and a&journed after evidence of identification had been taken
