This cinnot be allowed = to continue, and unless Consumers will co-operate, the Board will have no = ; m alternative but to ban the use of radiators altogether during the next two - = months. ... 1 The Board wishes to state that it is in no way responsible for the shortage = = of power, and during the past few winter months has done everything possible : s to avoid restrictions being Imposed on its Consumers.
