Matthews, this morning It naturallv followed, added Mr Matthews, that the restriction on' speed would be having an effect on .existing timetables, and at the moment the union was not in a position to say just when the timetables would be amended. The matter of amending timetables was one a*i. •* No w l Transport Licensing Authority, Mr. E. J. Phelan, and it was the union's desire that it would receive attention in the immediate future. Until such time as the timetables were amended some confusion undoubtedly would exist for the general public as, of necessity the restrictions had altered ordinarv timetables of buses at night
