(P.A.) WELLINGTON, this day. The following air force casualties were announced to-day:— ■JESSON, Wilfred George (Set), R.N.Z.A.F., missing on air operations.—Mr. W. J. Jesson, Christchurch (father). William Henry (Sgt.), R.N.Z.A.F., previously reported missing, now reclassified missing, believed killed.—Mr. R. A. Swain, Masterton (father). BAYLISS, John Barron (Sgt.), slightly injured in a flying accident.—Mrs. E. Bavlif.s. Whangarei (mother). WILLIAMS. William Nor! (Sgt.). R.N.Z.A.F.. injured in air operations.—Mr. H. Williams, Dunedin (father). SIEVERS. John Winstone. D.P.C. (Pilot Officer). R.A.P., previously reported missing, now reclassified missing but believed killed.—Mr. S. J. Sievers. Wanganui (father). WHITE. R. w. (Pilot Officer), missing.—Mr. W. N. White, Napier (father). JtTPP. G. A. (Sgt.), missing.—Rt. Rev. G. H. Jupp, Dunedin (father). Air Headquarters, Wellington, reports the death of: — PFEFFER, Louis Frants Jocef (Leading-Aircrafts-man).—Mrs. N. R. prefler, Otahuhu (wife). Leading-Aircraftsman Pfeffer, who was employed as a patrolman, served with the Canadian Forestry Corps in the last war.
